Septic Tanks

Septic Tanks

The septic tanks are closed tanks made of polypropylene. They are produced as one complete, by technology of welding, and they are designed for underground settling. Under septic tank must be concrete foundation (base must be flat +/- 5 mm in each direction). Inside tank is division wall with holes There two types of septic tanks, cylinder and rectangular tanks.

The polypropylene (PP) is a synthetic organic compound. It belongs to the large family of plastics. Polypropylene is characterized as a thermoplastic polymer. It can be derived from the polymerization of propylene and belongs to the family of polyolefins.
  • Properties: Odorless, colorless, clear, high mechanical strength, good elasticity, with practically unlimited service life, while fully recyclable and non-toxic.
  • Applications: Packaging, water, food and medicines, medical implants and utensils, water applications, heating and sanitation.

Cylinder Septic Tanks
The septic tanks are closed tanks made of polypropylene (wall thickness 8 mm). For more people is used configuration of 2, or more tanks connected to each other.

The cylinder septic tanks have two types:

  • Not self-supported (septic-VO)  are designed for a concrete around. This type is used if septic tank is under road, or if appears underground water
  • Self-supported (septic-VS)  are designed for bury by ground. This type is used if septic tank is in green areas (no road, no underground water).

Rectangular Septic Tanks
Rectangular septic tanks are closed tanks made of polypropylene (wall thickness 80 mm). Rectangular septic tanks are self-supported (designed bury by ground). If rectangular septic tank is under road, or if appears underground water, then rectangular tank must be concreted around too.

Advantages of Septic Tanks:

  • Low weight
  • High chemical resistance
  • Long lifetime
  • 100% waterproof
  • Easy assembly and maintenance
  • Individual dimensions on customer request
